Exciting Time of the Year:

This is an exciting time of the year of PAS. We are bringing in the colts and filly’s from the farm for their first lessons. They will be groomed, bathed, clipped and start their every day rituals to get hem accustomed to their new environment.
It is especially exciting for us as we get to see if how we bred, has turned out the way we planned.
We bred here for the smooth gait, temperament and conformation. I think that these are the more important characteristics of the Rocky Mountain Horse. I also believe that the mare has as much as 75% of the properties of the off spring. I once heard it put this way! “I’ve never seen a good boy or girl that didn’t have a good mommy”!  The stallions however play a critical role as well and we strive to pair the best mares with the stallions to provide the industry with the best offspring.

RMHA    'Horse of the Year':     The Illusionist'

Once in a while a horse come along like The Illusionist. Naturally gaited the best temperament and that Rocky Mountain trait of wanting to please. Pablo 'Barn Name' loves to be out riding under any condition.  Sired by the great Choco-Lot and dam by Fairswinds LuLu Fleur. Congradulations to 'Pablo and The Mark Kazee family for allowing us the opportunity to train and show such a wonderful animal!
